Paulo Simões Martins has a degree in Economics and has been a Real Estate and Business Appraiser since 2006. He specialises in the valuation of land, residential buildings, commercial buildings and special properties. He is an Expert Appraiser of the Official List of Portuguese Justice since 2011.
